EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY (INTERNATIONAL)

EXCHANGE POLICY

We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you ordered the wrong size, we kindly remind you to check our size chart and instructions on how to measure your body available with every product. Please review our exchange policy below:

  • Exchange Limit: You can exchange up to 5 pieces per order.
  • Request Timeline: Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways for exchange orders.

Conditions for Exchanges:

  • Items must be in original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached.
  • Any items that appear worn, washed, or altered will be refused for exchange.
  • Please take care when trying on garments; we cannot accept items with makeup stains or perfume odors.

How to Request an Exchange:
Please notify us of your exchange request via live chat on Instagram/Facebook or email.

We reserve the right to refuse alterations if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
 

RETURN ORDER

We currently do not have a return policy for international orders, so please check your order carefully before placing it.

For any other issues, please contact us for assistance via Instagram/Facebook.

FIXING ORDER

** For international made-to-order purchases, please ensure that you provide accurate measurements. Alternatively, feel free to contact us for guidance on how to measure correctly. This will help avoid any unwanted issues and prevent unnecessary international shipping fees.

We understand that with made-to-measure orders, there may be instances where the product does not fit as expected due to incorrect measurements or other factors. To assist you, we offer a free alteration service for the first request on made-to-measure orders.

Please submit your alteration request within 3-4 days of receiving the product.

Kindly note that customers are responsible for both shipping fees for the alteration process.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must be in original condition (including tags, fabric labels), free of odors, and not used.
  • The return must include the care bag, invoice, and box.

We reserve the right to refuse alterations if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
