We do shipping worldwide, we currently offer international shipping via DHL/UPS/FEDEX/USPS

We provide worldwide delivery services. Orders can be delivered to countries where our shipping service is supported.

At checkout, simply select your country to view shipping fees calculated based on weight and product price, automatically converted to your local currency.

TAXES/IMPORT FEE

Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.

Import fees vary by country, to get an estimate of the expected fees due in your region please reach out to your local DHL/Post representative for the best possible estimate.

PAYMENT WITH INTERNATIONAL'S ORDER.

For every international's order, you can pay via PayPal or through bank transfer using Wise or Remitly.

For payments made through Wise/Remitly, please complete your order to view detailed payment instructions. Once the transaction is successful, kindly send us the receipt along with your order number via our Live Chat on Instagram/Facebook or email.

Please note that customers are responsible for all fees associated with these payment platforms. We will only process orders upon receiving the full invoice amount.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

All orders will incorrect/missing delivery address, email, and contact number will experience a slight delay in delivery. Inputing incorrect email will also result failing to receive our confirmation and notification email. Please ensure you input everything correctly to allow the smoothest shipping process.

Orders returned to sender due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.

NOTE for Guaranteed Delivery Dates

Unless the customer receive a confirmation of guaranteed delivery date via email/DM, we will not promise to deliver according to the target date note in the special note section. Please send us an email/DM to confirm whether the target shipping date is possible. No refund will be accepted if the customer fail to inform us in prior to the purchase.
