How to measure your body
MEASUREMENT GUIDE
Stand upright and keep your body in a natural, relaxed position while measuring.
Keep the measuring tape snug against your body
, without leaving gaps or pulling it too tight. Do not hold your breath or suck in your stomach, as this may affect the accuracy of your measurements.
We only accept measurements in centimeters (cm)
.Use a soft measuring tape and measure directly around your body.
For the most accurate results, we recommend having someone assist you with the measurements.
If you have unique body proportions, such as a longer torso, fuller arms, or fuller thighs, please contact us. We’ll provide additional measuring instructions to ensure the best possible fit.
HOW TO ORDER MADE-TO-MEASURE ORDER IN WEBSITE
1. Select "Made-to-Measure" as your size.
2. Send us your measurements via email or message on IG / FB for confirmation.
3.Once we receive and confirm your measurements, we will send you an invoice for the applicable Made-to-Measure fee. Production will begin once the fee has been paid.

Please fully paid for your Made-to-measure order And fully paid for service charged.
PRODUCTION TIME
Please allow3–6 business days, excluding shipping time, for us to prepare your bespoke order according to your measurements.
ALTERATION & MADE-TO-MEASURE POLICY
All Made-to-Measure orders are custom orders and are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be cancelled.
Please ensure that all measurements are accurate before submitting them. If you are unsure about how to meaure, contact us before production begins. We provide one complimentary alteration. But do not cover the shipping cost for alteration.
IN CASE:
Additional alteration fees may apply if the requested adjustments exceed the standard alteration allowance.
This includes requests to:
Increase the garment width by more than 3–4 cm
Extend the garment length beyond the original measurements
In such cases, the garment may require additional fabric, reconstruction, or a complete remake, and additional charges will apply depending on the requested adjustments. We will confirm any additional costs with you before proceeding.
ALTERATION RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To request an alteration, please follow the requirements below:
Provide the tracking number once the item has been shipped back to us
Complete all sender information accurately and notify us after the package has been dispatched.
The item must be returned with its original tag and care fabric bag
The item must be new and in original condition, and must not have been worn more than 2 times.
Items with stains, dirt, strong odors, or signs or wear will not be accepted for alteration.
We reserve the right to refuse alterations if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
ALTERATION REQUEST PERIOD
Alteration requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
