TAXES/IMPORT FEE

Additional duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country or region. Customers are solely responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the local authorities of the destination country.

As these charges are determined and collected by the customs authorities of the destination country, customers are responsible for fulfilling all applicable tax and customs obligations associated with their order.

We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred upon delivery and cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders that are refused, returned, or not delivered due to unpaid duties, taxes, or custom fees

Import fees vary by country, to get an estimate of the expected fees due in your region please reach out to your local DHL/Post representative for the best possible estimate.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

All orders will incorrect/missing delivery address, email, and contact number will experience a slight delay in delivery. Inputing incorrect email will also result failing to receive our confirmation and notification email. Please ensure you input everything correctly to allow the smoothest shipping process.

Orders returned to sender due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.

We recommend checking the carrier’s tracking activity regularly so you can identify any issues or make changes, where possible, in a timely manner.

Guaranteed Delivery Dates

Any delivery date entered in the “Special Notes” section is a requested date only and is not guaranteed unless confirmed by us via email or DM.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether the requested date is feasible. We do not accept refund requests due to missed delivery dates that were not confirmed in advance.

Once an order has been shipped within the stated processing time, delivery is subject to the shipping carrier and local courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Time

All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the selected shipping service and circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, and customs clearance.

In Stock or Pre-order

Some products are available on a Made-to-Order or Pre-Order basis. The estimated production time will be clearly stated on each product page.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order. We can check stock availability and our current production schedule to determine whether your order can be prepared earlier.

Processing times may vary due to stock availability, remakes, or fabric availability. If an unexpected delay exceeds 2 business days beyond the stated processing time, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

For non-urgent orders, your order will be processed according to the estimated timeline stated on the product page or selected shipping option.

If an order contains both Pre-Order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
